Because he is not requesting the same changes they did. So any company now that wants to make name and ticker changes has to go back and produce filings from 2008? The deficiency was for the following items. If they no longer apply there are no deficiencies for Sharp and his requests moving forward.

And for now GVSI isn't an SEC filer, they file alternative OTC disclosures, so why would they have to produce SEC filings from 15 years ago.
