#986 RE: 52172 #985

The way IMGN's share price is increasing practically every day makes me think that it's largely being controlled to achieve some price at which either a major partnership, or buyout, will be announced. I would hope that the price being paid is in the range of $50 or more. In that more than double the current price is practically never paid, and ideally it's about a 70% increase on the current price, I would think those controlling the price are looking for somewhere in the $25 to $35 range before anything is to be announced.

I certainly could be wrong about this, but it's very unusual for a move of the size we've had from under $4 to over $20 to occur without significant retrenching on the way up. I'd be thrilled to see a partnership, but if it's a buyout, I'll certainly want to know more before deciding whether to take cash, and have a substantial tax burden, or stock in the buyer, which should be an option. I would hope that we could take a mix of the two, but regardless, if it's a buyout by a BP that's paying substantial dividends, it might be nice to see some money coming in routinely. I'm unaware of many biotech's that routinely pay dividends.

I did sell 300 shares at $20.25 to purchase 10,000 shares of NWBO, I believe that both have big upside potential, but percentage wise I believe NWBO should be greater, especially after IMGN's made about a 500% gain in the last two months.
