Ok, so let’s go down this rabbit hole . So , I should not post negative comments because I believe this corporation is done ?? I may not have a lot of shares but they are mine ani I own them . Paid for them with my hard earned money . This company is the one with the fiduciary duty to me and all other shareholders. I have NO duty to them . I owe them nothing , including not owing them any obligation to only speak nicely. . They are the ones who have repeatedly broken promises and made false assurances to us .. the shareholders .. to whom they owe a duty of openness and honesty . In my eyes , they have failed abysmally in their duty to us . They are the ones with a responsibility, not me . So when you ask me why I’m posting negative comments , quick answer is .. because I’m rather angry .Why? Because I’ve been lied to .. by this corporation . Promises made and no explanation for anything . I earned the right to be pissed and angry by being a shareholder so yes .. I’m entitled to posting negative comments here . Thanks for asking . Maybe this will keep some honest people from buying into this charade if and when this company swindles the SEC somehow into resuming trading
