I think it just means that he will have to sell less shares (hopefully) after the reverse spilt, because of the adjusted share price. I don't think it means dilution will end.

There is no way IGEN can have non dilutive financing at this point unless specific institutional investors stepped up to back it.

Needless to say, they would not be planning an RS if they could obtain any other kind of financing.

An RS is the most TOXIC of financing types, since it destroys whatever shareholder value exists - and IGEN shares are already virtually worthless even before the RS.

More smoke and mirrors to keep this ATM machine humming along.

Btw, what ever happened to the Prolog “merger”?
