Penny, if you pull up that PR about up-listing , you would find the timeline predicted for up-listing, as if I recall, it was for the end of 2022, beginning of 2023. WAYYYYYY LATE, especially when an up-listing requires a $5.00 per share valuation.

Maybe of 2025, maybe NEVER. BUT, your PR said so. So much for the credibility of a PR.
