With just about 3 billion shares outstanding they would have to do a MASSIVE reverse split to uplist.
I see know way that they would uplist, is there a news release stating an uplist in the near future? If there is please post it, otherwise it is speculation on your part only.

A company that cannot even fabricate financial numbers that add up?

A company that claims to have $30 million in gold.....yet has never made even the simplest effort to prove it.

A company that faked pictures and bios on their website?

A company that developed, mined, and claimed ludicrous profits from a phantom mine?

A company that bizarrely borrowed a million bucks in return for bloating the share structure by a couple billion shares? A toxic note with the worst conversion rates ever seen in the OTC?

But hey, never mind all that.....let's hear more blah, blah, Ecosystem, blah, blah, Catalysts, blah, blah, Uplisting, blah, blah, Dividends, etc.

Penny, YES , PLEASE POST YOUR DD. Please post your DD to support your conclusions, That is what Alidaire does, and to a good extent that is what I do.

So, why do YOU REFUSE? We are here to learn from the DD. And you assert that you have found DD, but refuse to post it AND refuse to say WHY you refuse to post your DD. Why not aid/ help knuckleheads like me, who haven't searched far and wide for YOUR DD. You are here to help, right?
