Wow what are NDAs used for? It’s not to hide the sake of shares LMFAO!!So is the fantasy that NDAs are used to hide the sale of Public Companies from the general public as well as the share/company owners what a revelation LOL!!
They are NEVER used to hide the sale of a company or sale of it’s shares from the share //Company owners LMFAO!!
They are used to protect sensitive information given to prospective buyers (like the data room) to see it with the intent to buy but end up not buying. Keeping them from divulging it or be penalized
This is why so many lost their investment here at FKA BioAmber. So many know do little and lack the proper DD
