Don't worry about the vultures, just educate yourself on the process of uplisting to the Nasdaq. The only thing which really matters to me is the offering price and the market cap. The offering price will be based primarily on Financials, Growth and listed comparisons.
Remember BMXI not selling shares to RETAIL, that is not an offering!! An offering is when they sell shares to institutions and hedge funds. Those instructions who are buying would naturally going to want their investment to go up significantly. Regardless of being short term or long term.
The vultures really do not want me to talk about the RS cause I will destroy them. A Reverse Split would be the best thing right now for retail. Supply/Demand.. The A/S and O/S scenarios are very locked with the Brazil deal.. So who wants to talk about a RS cause I would love to see how this trades with a 320 Share Float or what not.. ROFL.. Lets talk about it!!
