Yes, DTC is a private registered clearing agency with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and it's given operating privileges by the good will of the people, yet I should have kept it narrowed to the DTC as stated in the article. However, share movement was addressed and settled to shareholder advantage. I would assume Locksmith/Kipping would go back to court. I gathered they have a lot of money tied up and therefore should be there to present their case. Without Prejudice
