Note, total 750,000,000 shares are the newly diluted which were not counted in the current SS released by the TA.
Anyway VIZC declined to the Bottom 0.0002 again! Totally about 1B shares dumped at 0.0002 since it hit 0.0072!
Hopefully VIZC won't further crash to 0.0001 like its two Similar-OS peers (PBHG: 4.6B OS and SUTI: 5.7B OS) did!
