Its not his strength, you know that clearly, accept it, it's probably not going to change. Its not worth getting bent out of shape on or we go crazy. Lets focus on the strengths, while accepting the weaknesses.

Is the excuse of "its not his strong point" getting old...Imagine, being the CEO of publicly traded companies for decades and filings are not a strong point..
