Buddy, no problem. He said the April filing comes next week. Because OTC has not yet moved GEGP from Limited to Full Rept that can’t go to the next steps until OTC clears.
Like I said. OTC technically owes him money and he said he just wants to use that money that is owed to pay for next years filing. Sounded frustrated and I don’t blame him.
