"More shares = more % ownership marching towards being the sole voter that counts for any proposals such as a Mikah merger."

Why would he merge with Mika? what would that give him? Berried with shares he cannot sell?

Make your head work - think a little bit. He is in this for money for his kids and himself.

He invested 10 years of his life, he could have retired on the beach a long time ago.

He wants money - a lot of it. He wants Nasdaq or buy out.

Mika buyout? it would mean he takes from the left pocket and put it in the right pocket... lol

More shares = more % ownership

I appreciate your attempt to clarify my post for those folks who are having a hard time understanding it. I apologize because I thought anyone investing in penny stocks would easily understand the difference between concentration and dilution. It might be helpful if I explain it in a different hypothetical context. Let's say, for example, a government has 1000 Top Secret documents, and Johnny has 10 Top Secret documents. Now let's say Johnny takes 100 more Top Secret documents from the government, so now he has 110 Top Secret documents and the government only has 900 Top Secret documents. So, in regards to Top Secret documents, Johnny's position has been CONCENTRATED and the government's position has been has been DILUTED.

When investing in penny stocks like ELTP, it is very important to understand the difference between concentration of shares and dilution of shares. I hope this helpful! GLTA.
