I think just the opposite will happen maybe not right away. Everyone is looking for low floats in the OTC and if IGEN has some news to release after the split we could see big run imo.

That is total conjecture. What will determine sp direection will depend on the market variables in play at the time. The reason most rs's go into freefall mode is dilution. We don't know whether that will be significant here or not. That's why this is a speculative play, along with other reasons....
