ok I missed that, so it was correct in the 4 other places in the filing but at the top it was off by a million shares. Someone at OTC must be going thru a checklist since the format of these AR filings follows a specific template making it easy to probably go thru and look for particular items to make sure they match up. I can tell you that Wards not doing this in his spare time thats for sure.

The attorney did nott even Czech this with the TA before rendering his letter/second letter. So he has issued TWO letter opinions, both of which are wronGGG!!!
