I dont know why you are stuck to the convertible debt. It's a months profit for them. That should not even be a concern. Before depreciation they made net profits of $800k this quarter. That's 50% of the current market cap. We are all upset that the share price is at the bottom. That's ok in the long term as you can load up these cheap shares and eventually make major profits on any share buys at these levels. I have been looking at a lot of other otc plays and none of them even come close to the valuation here. Most of them don't even have any cash or assets. They are trading much higher then $spom market cap wise.
