Seriously _ You think Retail Sold the News _Seriously doubt that

The Threat of the EM has been hanging over everyones head and IS a large part of the fearmongering _ but again _ for those that feared the EM , Why would they wait to the News Break / Filing to start dumping , Rush to the Door

Anyone who feared the EM, be it due to procedures that the filing goes through, or the Failure of the Co to File - either Way they would have already been Out @ the highest pps they could get - Not a Cluster F EOD

Some One was Paid in shares is My take and they waited /needed a confirmation on the Filing
Held the filing off to 1/2hr near eod and then came in for the Mass Dump

Hope it paid for something important
