There are penalties for filing a false Form 3 or 4.

From the Calasse Form 4 and all Form 4s.

"Intentional misstatements or omissions of facts constitute Federal Criminal Violations. See 18 U.S.C. 1001 and 15 U.S.C. 78ff(a)."

Why hasn't Calasse been criminally charged for filing a fraudulent Form 4?

It is because didn't file a fraudulent Form 4. LOLOL - why don't you report it to the SEC - why hasn't Sharp reported it to the SEC?
