The auction is closed. No one was interested in buying TMDI. They gave everything away. Nothing secretive about anything. All along, for years, what we witnessed was incompetence and corruption at TMDI. All the conjecture was simply that, nothing based in actual fact that led anywhere. But, but, but...now is different. It's over. If a miracle happens it's $1/share buyout. It's over.
