there are Margin requirements all shorting pinkies by retail...and those margins are HUGE...your definition of naked shorting is incorrect...I have done a LOT of research into shorting and requirements and what naked shorting is...extremely unlikely that retail is shorting whether naked or not $SIRC...most likely MMs are doing it...
