No its not....I can only go by what the company puts out in 8K filings, News, website etc...It doesnt
look like a scam to me with the banks involved and companies...I guess will find out soon. Yes...I want to see them CURRENT before the grace period ends....We know they are working on them with auditors etc as per emails many of us have received. Even if not on time with grace period, we get moved to the expert market for a short time to they do get them which is not the end of the world...just a delay for the time being.....Hope thats not the route, but we shall see.

A scam??? The company is not diluting…insiders are not selling…the NFT market collapsed and it slowed the company down but on track now.
