Raz..... wow, hope youre wrong. That would be a bummer. For them to keep delaying, and not post until they clear funds, and use the 4 business days after that. I could see them doing that ! They probably want to get the Alembic deal handled. And deal with both Big Issues at once or with clarity upon Alembic. Bet thats what they do.

Well FWIW Raz and board you bring up a good point. I was told by Steve B. months back when HE TOLD ME IN PERSON that the UPS loan was to FUND (not final signatures)and it didn't happen (because ACCESS BANK didn't sign)that in the future PRs would would confirm WHEN money is distributed.
