I am still not clear why 80 mg is selected dose. I know it should be less toxic, but why isn’t a higher dose more effective? Are there some cases where higher doses are actually less effective?

This is what I have been harping about. The combinations are the key. Forget about single arm. It’s a waste of time. What we need to see is strong tusp/ven data. That will be the breakthrough. Just look at how fast tusp/ven is enrolling.

BTW: same is true for lux.
