Another reason there can’t be legacy guys selling in addition to the myriad of reasons already stated is that those folks could have sold all they wanted on those two runs to 8 and 13 respectively.
Otherwise, it is simply one of those funds driving the first or both of those runs or whomever who had a shit ton of capital, is still simply unwinding their gains. Think about the crap tons of millions that was bought and why the accumulation is up. At the end of the day I thank whatever outfit that threw capital this way and I understand if they want to neutralize their position. Eventually, with the ticker change and move to QB will bring new investors that will soak their remainder up. Think of those outfits not allowed to touch pink….eventually institutional investors will clean us ALL out…..
