Well, well, well.

All along I've been the bad guy for being cynical and badmouthing this farce.

But lately the tables have turned and I'm seeing a lot of dissatisfaction from other investors.

I don't see much difference between this endless parade of "soon" PRs and the bogus ones stinky-pinkies release frequently with promises of an impending merger or new product or new business direction etc., all meant to keep investors on the hook a little longer.

The PR says this and says that, but there's no corroboration in the form of FDA quotes or letters, and the PR isn't signed, so the author remains a mystery in the event of fraud.

Upon completion, the results will also be incorporated into the PMA application and the full application will be submitted to the FDA.

PMA Review Process

The filing of an application means that FDA has made a threshold determination that the application is sufficiently complete to begin an in-depth review. Within 45 days after a PMA is received by FDA, the agency will notify the applicant whether the application has been filed. The letter will include the PMA reference number and the date FDA filed the PMA. Expedited review status, if appropriate, may be communicated at this time. The date of filing is the date that a PMA accepted for filing was received by the agency. The 180-day period for review of a PMA starts on the date of filing.

IF the application is submitted in June, it may not be accepted until mid-August. Then it could take another 6 months for a determination of whether it was approved or denied. Unless...they happen to get an expedited review - don't hold your breath.

See ya in 2024.
