IsoPet's contribution to Radiogel IDE application was completed years ago and is small. FDA needs controlled animal data to consider Radiogel for human trials, and MK has been very slow getting that data to FDA. Another one off dog, cat or horse here or there contributes nothing to the application at this point.
I'm not saying pull the plug on supplying existing clinics with IsoPet, but expansion efforts are clearly being done at expense of progressing Radiogel to human trials, which is the only thing that can save RDGL now. In short, IsoPet was a nice gamble that didn't payoff getting RDGL profitable. IsoPet is a distraction now.
