Curious how they will arrange for that $450 million by August.
Did I read this right?
If POWGEX gets $450 million, then they will invest $50 million back into BOPO for 15%.
This doesn’t mean BOPO is worth $6.67. Just means that these dudes are overpaying for this great fortune of BOPO providing $450 million for this operation.
Seems shady to me. Enron-ish.
Typical for an OTC company.
