No OTC is not a good thing they will need to raise money, so NASDAQ is the better place to be. Often after splits occur the price drops. I hope the are going to focus on sales.
Yes but they could, but ultimately not a good plan. Just have to see, if they can get a few more sale orders, to pump the stock price. A split I think is their only option for the time being.
A r/s split is not necessary at this time. They have alternative solutions and should use them first. A r/s does not benefit shareholders or company. It is not a sign of investor friendly leadership. I sincerely hope the pps moves into the $3-5 range.
