GEVI bought his reversed engineered product and 19 application patents for $2.5m
Would think this self proclaimed fire master would be part of management; surely the 30yr old CEO isn't running company alone with his dad???

GEVI news links him on podcasts spouting GEVI business plans etc YET not anywhere in disclosures of being part of management??

He has converted his preferred to 4m common so far.
