Great point they should just be setting cans all over the ground next to the display in case someone buys a can. Maybe they can pay someone to stand there and replace each can that gets sold. Good ideas.

you don’t wait for the shelf to empty before you replenish the product.

Tweet said they were cleaned out of their entire inventory. This means that, maybe they were able to replenish at some point(s), but they couldn't after a while.
