Now if Inovio had an ounce of pride, it would close shop and return what's left to shareholders. But they'll think, "why give up these fat salaries and stock bonuses for accomplishing no approved drug or vaccine in 45 years. There will always be newbees we can sucker with a puffy PR". And so the story goes...

So, let's say Inovio does another 4 for 1 Reverse Split, then 3.48 cents today will become less than a penny.

INO is another of several scams orchestrated by penny stock promoter Avtar Dhillon. Last I knew, he was awaiting trial in Massachusetts, charge with stock fraud by a Joint Government Task Force.

I don't know how any self-respecting person can work at Inovio.
