Im honestly not sure how he hasnt been tagged with one yet. The GMZP pump and dump was blatantly obvious. INKW hes been running for years now with share selling schemes. TLIF is a new one where he took the money from dilution in INKW to buy land in florida for some climbing gym and write promissary notes to himself from TLIF.
