Well I said months back that they have to narrow the attack and now you have it so infringement awards from California and the pump on the billions from there can be ignored scrap the old pumps. Now give me a hard trial date in Waco and they can play hardball. But as far as Amazon cutting a check that's not gonna happen that's the camp I'm in. I look at the fall as the best chance of anything happening but give me a hard trial date. Will I trade this if I see that this play looks better than other near term plays for my money perhaps. But I have great stuff going doubles in the can. I have a long position like many many many shares who has more "manys" I don't care but they are there in any event. You want to keep people in a deal for 10 years you talk billions. .20 looking more likely everyday if they can pull it off and the big man rides into the twilight years with $200,000,000 and a 20 bagger for you true longs I'm sure Emil will lose no sleep on it. Or I trade out when I believe it will take longer than the fall for a hard trial date. Understand now?
