Where did you see that KKR owns LCYB? They definitely own half of LCYB as they bought out LCY but I don’t remember seeing that KKR bought out Visolis
It would be great to have KKR’s financial support that’s for sure.

What would KKR buying out LCYB have to do with FKA BioAmber, the worthless shares or the former shareholders ?

Even if KKR earned 10 trillion last year it still won’t help FKA BioAmber shareholders LOL!!

I almost missed that last part. Where did BioAmber “pop up” at now? BioAmber has been dead and gone since liquidated.
Eno didn’t have a choice in the liquidation sale of BioAmbers assets.

Correction - "indirectly". KKR owns LCY Chemical, LCY Biosciences is a subsidiary of LCY Chemical & also a joint venture. Eno didn't sell anything, the offer was accepted by the senior creditors that Delaware 46120678 owed money to. The offer is presented to the creditors, the creditors accepted the offer, not PWC or Eno, fairly clear how things work if you read. Delaware 4612067 owns no technology, sold in the liquidation including their former trade name. Reading the APA would help your cause. "there's gotta be a catch" - ya, it officially ended the day the monitor was discharged.
