I think the following is a typo "It would come from the southeast of the country, mainly from the Burgos field in Tamaulipas and other fields," since Tamaulipas is in the Northeast not Southeast

Is the Brasil field not a 2 billion dollar project..Is He inferring Mexico cant invest in it, but an outside entity can? WARD IS IN HIS SEVENTIES .how much time and energy does he have left.. That line left me a bit confused..thanks MM
