It’s a pile of BS. Nobody believes that crap. The whole market cap of this stinky pink was $600k a couple days ago, not a chance a SPAC is really going to hand over $60M in cash for it, not a chance the SPAC’s shareholders are going to let them. It’s absurd. Just a new fairy tale to pump up the PPS a bit before the 1:2500 reverse split followed by the insiders converting those preferred shares and dumping them.
