They are like shares in the private company. Theoretically VAPRs shares would be worth $0.21 at least as the math goes. To buy VAPR you need a brokerage account. To buy the Reg CF member units (shares) you just need a credit card. Open market buys are freely traded. Reg CF shares are not.
