No kegitimate company would do that. They would shoot themselves in the foot and prevent themselves from ever raisingegitimate capital in the future.
These are not the typical OTC scumbags we commonly see running public companies. They are high IQ business people with proven track records of success trying to make a go of an investment they made several years ago in an industry they are not proficient in.
