Outstanding shares still only 194 mill, and the offering of 200 million shares is thankfully between 5 and 10 cents. That's over a 1000% return from here before we "worry" about dilution. 194 of us buying a million shares and we own it. It's just ... yeah, where is the current 1+mill of annual revenue coming from when Don Keer is the only employee (how much of that is the medical alarm business they still own)? What did he do with the Emco trucks and equipment ... he obviously rented them out. When will NXMR have its own employees working on a project?
