That's very strange. The financials don't agree with you. The $100m you claim is bogus and the ready cash they have has HUGE chunks tied up that they can't touch

The money from the tranches has already come and gone. They don't get anymore. Now they have to pay it back with shares, lots of them. No new cash, just like the last one

Randy's $279m won't be rolling in until vehicles are produced, delivered, and sold. They will need many times that to produce them

I don’t think they actually have that much cash. They are burning through $20 million a month…and that is even before they get into serious production costs.

They could easily need another $500 million to get to the production point where they are operationally cashflow postive.

But the question is with the stock price where it is and the amount of dilution it would take to raise that much is it even doable?
