They did not use the word refute on the call. That gave me cause for concern.

My impression was some allegations will be addressed in a press release later today and others will be investigated by the law firm. But maybe that is me reading into it.

I can’t believe Mercer would have gone this far in the merger without doing similar due diligence as Hindenburg as it was nothing earth shattering. That is the part I am having trouble reconciling.

There will be no lawsuit or defamation.
This scam company just got found out by Hindenburg.
JMO.
Now they will stall as long as possible by hiring a law firm to check out these allegations.
The stock will continue to drop as this drags on forever.
If these allegations were false then it would be very easy for TIO to prove it.
But they cannot and therefore you will have a long painful drawn out process.
