I always seen post say "TRI- Deal". The merger is clearly with EVIE & BNIX only. However, the "DEAL" is with EVIE/ BNIX/ GTCH. GTCH made a "DEAL" with both companies to insert their software in EVIE Autonomous Vehicles. So if EVIE is going worldwide, it is HUGE to have GTCH software in all their vehicles.
