Additionally, the new facility will be built with expanded processing capability that will be implemented after the initial production levels have been established.

While the PR of the equipment sounds good, this specific information deviates from what was said in the PR of Tequila Equipment and re-routing of the equipment fromTequila to Etzatlan.

Further, they had initially indicated that the equipment would process 1000 tons per day, but now are stating 250 tons per day with future of the full 1000 tons per day.

It MUST also be factored in that ,in order to process mine ore, AABB MUST transport the 250 tons per day from Etzatlan to the inside processing facility, and after processing is completed, they MUST transport those 250 tons per day BACK to Etzatlan, as they cannot effectively allow the processed ore to remain in the processing facility.
Therefore, there would need to be loading equipment at BOTH locations for loading and removal of the ore, AND BIG trucks to carry multiple tons per day back and forth.
This is NO SMALL ENDEAVOR OR OPERATION. Assuming that each truck takes 5 tons or perhaps more, and each truck would require a driver, that equates to 50 loads per day, AFTER the loader picks up the ore and deposits it into the truck. How many trucks and how many drivers? Also, a guy crushing the ore and guys separating the precious metal from the ore, as well as other guys relocating the precious metal to a designated and secured room, as well as a guy melting the gold into bricks, a melting equipment scenario.
This is a 16-24 hour per day operation. The cost of trucks, of guys, of loader, of processing is going to be rather large and costly, as you might imagine, also the cost of the ore at Etzatlan ,affordable or not, is going to be substantial, and taxes, insurance, security, and a supervisor, or sub contract the entire operation to a private company.
