Agreed - def oversold now $CNNA

GREAT CHART views showing all technicals appear to have reset. This could easily have a 100%+ session with a major deliverable. JUST HOPING NOW THE COMPANY speaks with FILINGS and FORM 10.

I’m cautiously optimistic they will begin to deliver.
It was good to see a picture of all the key $CNNA directors and players together!! CLEARLY this is A REAL company - with merging entites to build a BRAND- Prodigy.

Also- Clearly these guys are all real and well respected. It’s now all about execution of the OTC/SEC side of the business which is why they hired professionals - SEC and OTC approved attorneys and CPA/ Auditors to get the FILINGS done. If we can see these deliverables - we will be trading toward HOY again IMO.

Aside- I can not find out anything written in stone on OTC website or from OTC that says that the OTC “must wait the 60 days that SEC has in place to approve the Form 10 to become a SEC Filer” to allow them to qualify for quotations or to remain on OTC pink limited tier. I think that means it must be a case by case. Currently - the company is OTC Pink limited.

I’m hopeful they already know how they can remove the dark/defunct icon ONCE filings and form 10 are uploaded. They can’t even attempt to get that done I presume until the filings show. So first FILINGS and then onto the OTC to deal with the 15g-211c and make sure this can remain Otc pink limited. They have one full week to communicate this to us and work on it.

I’ve read all the DD and posts of those saying that either situation can occur. That once they submit all and communicate to OTC And likely pay some $ and supply additional info - it will stay trading as is. Or even choose to go verified and may have begun to do so. We have no idea. And then there are those that feel they will be forced to wait 60 days and there is no other solution. I tend to think there is always solutions. But first - we need to see filings. We see those… then anything is possible.

There is only so much shareholders can do. I hope the company is ready to give the first major deliverable expected and that it starts a string of them and that’s all it will take. We shall see. This has had some crazy 80-100% sessions already.
