Yup. The typical stinky OTC CEO cryptic tweet. If it had been really good news, he would have spelled it out for the shareholders. Not a chance Sharp wouldn't have started bragging about the good news. But what we, shareholders, got was more fuzzy information which leads to wild speculation.

Not only is there NOT a target merger anywhere to be found, the issues with FINRA are still not resolved. The withdrawal of the SEC appeal did nothing to change that.

It's sad that Sharp loyalists only have TSNP to harp on about, when we all know that was a product of the times, and had very little to do with Sharp himself. Heck, even the actual merger was a BIG FAIL.

Period, and fact.
