KL has been buying a lot of stock on the cheap. On June 5 he bought a bunch for .38 per share.
.38 is a good buy for him. The company has about $70M in cash. The remaining patents have no value, and the company isn't set up to produce/sell anything. If he keeps getting shares cheap over the next quarter or two he can liquidate and divvy up the cash and make out like the bandit he is. His recent purchases average out to about .40 per share. In two quarters the cash on hand will be about $50M, which would mean that the shareholders would get about .70 per share. See----a good deal for him---he'd make about .30 per share on his recent purchases, and get over $5M total.
