I think the otc will start picking up when rates drop it seems it’s already bottomed out which means it won’t be long until it slowly picks up.

This company is on the verge of being fake or not. If it’s not fake it’s going to come up off the floor and jump with every press release.

You mean somebody wants to sell shares at .0128? On the ask? Or way down on the bid list?
