Long and Strong! I am still here. We got what we wanted. Like Nils said "The Audit is Done". Do we need to plays the sound clip from the last Conference Call? AHAH.. Honestly I am just waiting around until they make things "official". And the official Route BMXI is taking is filing a Registration statement with the SEC (FORM 10).

The Form 10 will Include the COMPLETED AUDIT. which we all know is done.
