Unforunatelly, for shareholders that is... U hit the nail roght on the head,MGMT IS MAKING THE SAME MISTAKES OVER AND OVER AGAIN,THEY DON;T REALLY CARE AS FAR AS THEIR PAYCHECKS INCREASE Y/O/Y WHY CHANGE A GOOD THING(FOR THEM) IF IT WORKS !!!!
