Did the entire population of both towns (41,977) attend that public hearing?
No

Only a very few minority of the population attended that public hearing correct, what was it 300 to 400 total including both sides of the debate plus representatives of the project ?

I didn't think we live in a country of minority rule do we?

and besides

Based on RI-DEM denial letter the reversal was not do to what was stated at the public hearing..

It was denied on

A) all things that should have been covered before doing a Final review, which were approved at RI-DEM 's Final review

and

B) the new law (which should have not been applied to the project)

Again location approved by West Warwick Town council, planning board and zoning board as well as the State of Rhode Island granting a 17 million tax free bond to that location to build it , and RI-DEM.whom after their final reviewed APPROVED the location.
